Since 2016, CBS Driver Hire and Recruitment Limited has specialised in the crews that highways and construction contractors depend on: HGV and LGV drivers, HGV driver-operatives, surfacing gangs, groundworkers, traffic management and plant operators. We support main contractors and specialist subcontractors alike, and our operatives work on contracts delivered by a number of Tier 1 contractors. CBS is also on the preferred supplier list for a Tier 1 group, covering supply across that group.
We are better set up than most agencies for bespoke machinery and non-standard work. Where a job needs an operator ticketed for a specific machine rather than a general labourer, that is exactly the work we are built around. We would rather send the right operator for the plant than simply fill a headcount.
